We pride ourselves on being very efficient, affordable and discrete. In the review process, our Electronic Return Originator checks the returns for input accuracy, data integrity and correctness. The data keyed by the agent is compared to the digital copies of the source documents used in preparation.
Our Document Management Specialist places our digital copies of all your tax documents, notes and information we use in preparing your tax returns in our highly secure database storage system.
If you are refinancing your home and your banker asks for copies of your W-2s, we can send them to you in a matter of minutes.
We will always return the original documents to you in one of our portfolio pouches. Scanning and maintaining these documents is one way that we go a step beyond just preparing tax returns for our clients.

Jonathan Neighbors
Jonathan Neighbors is an Enrolled Agent and Lead Tax Accountant at Neighbors Tax & Accounting. His nine
plus years of tax preparation experience allow him to provide clients with expert tax advice. Jonathan
has worked at multiple professional accounting
firms in North Alabama and has brought the best aspects of each to provide the best experience for his
clients. His experience includes Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, and various tax and accounting software.
His education
includes a bachelor’s in accounting from The University of Alabama. He is also a Huntsville native and
graduated from Grissom High School.
